Welcome to Crystal Surface

All food production outlets are now required to ensure that their kitchen exhaust system is free of grease and other flammable products that might cause fire. Insurance Companies, Health & Safety and Environmental bodies also now require evidence that good hygiene and safety regulations are being adhered to.

Crystal Surface provides deep cleaning and certification of the ventilation, extraction & exhaust systems in commercial kitchens, across the country. Having sites based in the Leeds, York, Manchester and Hull area.

Our existing clients include Fish & Chip shops, Take Aways, Restaurants, Pubs, Schools and Colleges.

Because we understand that all our clients have different needs, we are flexible in our approach. To avoid the financial implication of closing their business, cleaning may take place out of regular opening times – evenings, night time, early mornings or even the weekend.

Our team will strip back your complete system from extraction hoods (canopies) through to external motors (fans), create permanent access panels for future cleans and replace filters new for old if required. On completion of works a Certificate of Compliance is issued conforming to B&ES (formerly HVCA) TR/19 requirements.

All of our work comes complete with B&ES (formerly HVCA) certification for your insurer, Landlord and council. After we finish our work on your system a Health & Environmental safety proof and reminder sticker are attached to show our job is complete. Work is carried out to B&ES (formerly HVCA) TR/19 Regulations and certification provided for insurance, Landlords, city councils and Health & Environmental purposes.

Crystal Surface duct cleaning offers industrial cleaning services that take care of all of your maintenance, hygiene and B&ES (formerly HVCA) regulatory needs. As well as offering ventilation and exhaust cleaning to a very high standard we supply and fit inspection hatches direct into ducting if required. We can clean your existing extraction system as new.

It’s much more cost effective to maintain your extraction systems with Crystal Surface on an ongoing basis, than to ignore the cleaning regulations and later on be forced to go to the expense of installing a complete new system, or worse still put your premises at potential risk of fire. With regular maintenance this will also bring the cost of maintenance down as the time required to complete the job will be reduced.

Don’t take the risk!
